  1. Ok, will do. Also, JD, I noticed that the fine face textures for men mod, from SMC also, was the culprit for the neck seam. Also, also, also, I tried the two optional files provided by fine face textures for men that are meant to fix the neck seam, neither did. Edit: wait, are you sure XCE is the culprit? I thought beast races use their own malebody files? The two races that are affected the most are my argonians and khajits. https://puu.sh/ssjE8/4239233c91.jpg https://puu.sh/ssjCU/b5931d858b.jpg I hid the character folder in SMC and the issue resolved. I'm a little confused though  SMC recommends coverkhajits and so does the original LOTD reqtified guide, what could be causing the dodgy feet textures? https://puu.sh/sskwt/e42e82831a.jpg https://puu.sh/sskxo/5535ca0f55.jpg
  2. Also, I've just found another issue. Something is seriously wrong with the people of Skyrim's feet (I promise I'm not weird for noticing these things, lol). https://puu.sh/sshK2/822a629962.jpg https://puu.sh/sshHe/f4cf94657a.jpg https://puu.sh/sshFh/bdc1be95b9.jpg https://puu.sh/sshED/555c575b6e.jpg The malebody_1.dds file in use is provided by XCE. Notice the seam on the human races and then the completely unusual irregularities on the beast races.
  3. :( How do I fix the neckseam? It's still apparent if I install something like Better Males to overwrite the current malehead and malebody files.
  4. Glorious lack of neck seam, yessssssss! https://puu.sh/sroDm/5302bccf62.jpg
  5. Ah, cool! I didn't want to change it though, I found it really refreshing. On my vanilla requiem playthroughs, I tend to rely a lot on ancestor guardian and the like, so actually gitting gud is a nice change, lol. Thank you for that information though, Jd, much appreciated. :) I did find something unusual though, on my newest playthrough. Please, forgive the weirdness of the screenshot, I assure you guys, it was only to demonstrate the matter more clearly. https://puu.sh/srhQT/c56126d009.jpg Is this still the gray face bug? NPC ID is as follows: c7031976, if you wanna confirm it's not just me. NPC comes from Settlements Expanded with Inns Merged.esp; maybe this mod requires similar treatment to the ECTV merge? Edit: also, sorry for bombarding you guys with this, are we not merging the files from the requiem - late patches folder in the Core Pack?
  6. Is it Requiem - Minor Arcana that removes racial abilities and turns them into constant passives instead?
  7. Small heads-up, Paul + JD, unless I missed something and screwed up, there are still a couple of corrupted meshes provided by Requiem. I've cleaned them and uploaded them here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BwTPxfYnaqDwZndqblVCRWhDVkk?usp=sharing
  8. Can't edit my above post? The requiem guide mentions to download ECTV Patches - YASH, but YASH2.esp is a master for this file? Edit: also, in the new ECTV merge guidelines, merge plugins standalone displays a few errors for ClefJ's Dragon Bridge (like 4 UDRs?).
  9. Guys, for the SMC patches we download, is there a merge we're meant to be doing? I've noticed the .esp files that begin with zz* are usually merged and disabled... https://puu.sh/sqfvj/56596f170c.png (These are all loaded after DynDOLOD.)
  10. To the guy who didn't want naked characters in-game, I got you bro: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7305, download UNB Base Underwear Body. AFAIK, only WSCO provides the femalebody_0 & femalebody_1.nif files, so you should, theoretically (tested to be sure: https://puu.sh/so9T9/65d1c55a79.jpg), be safe to install the mod below ++++ NPC Retextures Merged and just call it a day. Also, after installing SMC, something, in that 25gb folder XCE Compilation Pack, has provided a skin texture that makes it so female NPCs have no nipples... So the above also works as a work-around for that, lol.
  11. Johnnywatts' version will definitely be getting some use. :) Some anecdotal experience I should share though: I run a 4790k @ 4.6 GHz, 980 Ti @ 1425 MHz Core + 3825 MHz Memory and 16 gb RAM @ 2133 MHz (CL8) on Windows 10. If anyone with a build similar to mine (probably with a 10-series GPU at this point, though) thinks they can pretty much "max out" in SMC, please do think again; the Windows 10 DirectX VRAM limitation is rreeeeeaaaaaal. I've seen my fps get as low as 5 whilst data is pushed and pulled from system ram to video ram. Legit think about going for MQ all the way through, apart from the bigger overhauls (e.g. YALO), go HQ. Downloading 287 mods, getting shite performance and then having to re-download a lot of them again ain't fun. My 2 cents. :)
  12. No it doesn't. Oh my god, that link. I wanted to play Skyrim this weekend, not edit files for the next 40 years hahaha. Damn, man, I don't think I'm going to attempt that. G-grey f-f-f-faces aren't so b-bad, are they?
  13. You are most welcome Jd-senpai. It's the least I could do, considering the tremendous amount of work yourself and Paul have put into making the guide! Regarding the merge map, though. Would that be seq/ECTV Merged.seq? If so, what should I use to open the file?
  14. Thanks for the reply. :) I had a look at the folders in facegendata/facetint. https://puu.sh/snPi6/afd93fa528.png https://puu.sh/snPjn/52eb9cb846.png Blue skyrim and ETAC - complete, dawnstar, falkreath, etc, etc, etc's filenames didn't correspond to any records in TES5Edit that related to ECTV - merged.esp (or anything else for that matter). So, does this mean that the facegendata provided by the ECTV mods is essentially not being utilized? I don't really know what this all means, please let me know. D:
  15. Woah, I completely forgot to do that! Thanks for the advice. :) One post recommended to check if there are any mods overwriting the facegendata for the NPCs in question. The problem, though, is that there is no facegendata lol; Data/textures/actors/characters/facegendata/facetint/ECTV merged doesn't exist. ++++ ECTV Merged only includes a "seq" folder and the "ECTV Merged.esp" file.
