Thank you, GrantSP!! I've got it! Here's what happened - i've installed Skyrim via steam, then installed MO and launched the game to get ini's. And then I saw that language of my game is russian (ewwww, our translation and especially voice acting is very shitty), so I've installed english language pack from steam. So ini's in MO and in my docs were different. Thank you very much for your help!

Yes, I did) Dropped three files (dll's and exe) in Skyrim folder and then opened SKSE archive with MO. When I restarted MO, SKSE was already there.

No, I don't have. Everything seems fine. And I LOOTed everything, too. Do I heve to build a merged patch at this point? Or clean anything besides masters?

I've got to the first benchmark in STEP, and I can't start the game. I am starting it from MO, with SKSE, with every mod turned on, then off. It shows me Bethesda's logo, then for a brief second a dragon symbol from menu and then kicks me to the desktop. And if I start it from the skyrim folder with skse_loader.exe everything is fine. I modified INIs SkyrimPrefs and Skyrim_default, but when a problem occured, I switched them back, but to no avail( Need help! Sorry for bad english
