I've ensured that the drivers on the computer all up to date. Here is the mo_interface.txt The log is pretty huge, so I'll need to upload that in parts. They will follow in a moment. Alright, it seems that the log is so large that it crashes Chrome every time I try to submit it to the site. Would it be alright to upload the log as an attachment?

When initially booting up my PC I can start up Mod Organizer once. After that, when returning to the program, the process gets hung up in device manager, but never loads the GUI. The only solution I've found so far is another complete system reboot. I've tried uninstalling Mod Organizer and using different versions, and even started a clean install of Skyrim, SKSE, and Mod Organizer, but the results have been the same across the board. I'm currently using Mod Organizer 1.3.3, SKSE 1.7.1, and the latest update for Skyrim. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Dallimar/SystemSpecs
