Game opens in small border-less window in top left of screen?

Nice, it worked thanks :) -
I followed the step extended guide exactly yet when I launch my game it runs in a tiny border-less window in the top left of the screen. I've checked every single .ini so I'm really not sure where or what is causing this problem. Cheers
