every time I talk to the man of the wagon i easily select the destination but after activing the wagon nothing happens,what i might be ? I need to uninstall Better Carriages ?

i managed to make the patcher work but after a few hours of game i realized that the ranged weapons didn't appear in the skill menu. i've got the icon but there's no perk here and i cannot access it,someone had the same issue ?
