Mod Organizer 1.2.15 'File doesn't exit' error

Hi, I have just updated to 1.2.15 and I receive an error upon startup, this is with both my Skyrim and New Vegas MO. Running Windows 7 x64. How can I stop this? Is it possible to re-install 1.2.14 and keep my data intact? Thanks.
