should i be ok if i just download the 1k versions and replace the 2ks in Mod Organizer? or will that cause conflict

i picked the 2k versions of most mods here are my specs: 2gb vram - geforce gtx 670 8gb ram 64 bit windows 7

hi i went through the STEP guide and everything seems to be working fine except i get pretty bad stutter fairly often. it usually happens outside but happens inside sometimes as well. it's not unplayabled but it can get pretty annoying especially when walking long distances outside. i tried removing the Floral mod but that didn't seem to change anything. same deal with the Skyrim Realistic Overhaul mod. what are the most likely causes? any tips would be appreciated. i'm pretty new to modding and don't really know a lot. thanks

i think i found it i already have it set to true though. the compass will show if i click X but then goes away when i let go. i want it to stay on the screen. any ideas?

yes i do use that mod this is going to sound really dumb but... how do i access the Mod Configuration Menu? i assume it's on Mod Organizer but i can't find it anywhere

i went through and installed all the mods in the STEP guide but now i'm missing my compars. i've turned my opacity all the way up and it's still not showing. anyone have an idea?
