ok, i will give it a shot. Now that you have said that it makes sense, with enb i was running around 50-70 fps, now i'm back up in 144 ish range. i feel silly Thanks!

I have ran into some mod issues that is baffling me. I have been using the S.T.E.P program for about a year now, and have done both basic and extended with no issues. I have decided to stop using an enb, and installed the mods as usual, but now i have a few glitches i cant seem to fix. The water (sometimes) will flicker and make a weird noise like a light pop when it does. Sometimes it won't do it unless i jump and look at it, other times it will do it when i'm not looking ( can hear the popping noise) Animals will be running and appear in the air, then back to where they were. they all do this teleport between the air and ground. Only affects animals. Lastly, when i enter a new building or house a basket will fall to the floor, then vibrate real fast for a while then settle down and eventually stop. The problems only have happened recently. With all mods and S.T.E.P extended i get around 144 fps with dips as low as 100. My pc is high end gaming. I have searched the forums with no luck. I have sorted with Boss, cleaned my patches, and using Bashed patch. Boss says no errors, and Mod organizer shows no issues. I hope someone can help Thanks!!
