Nevermind by sorting the left page by priority it fixed the problem

Hi guys I hope anyone here can help me. Since I saw many improvments in Mod Organizer I decided to switch from NMM. Now the issue I'm having is that there are a lot of mods that are put in the <overwrite> area on the left panel. Can anyone shed any light what I'm doing wrong?
