Mod Organizer profiles and xp32 maximum skeleton extended

Hey guys, Just wondering if mod organizer installs each mod separate per profile or not? The reason I'm asking is xp32 maximum skeleton extended has a different install for male and female characters. Now will I be able to install using the 'male' option and save to my male character profile and the 'female' option for my female character profile, or will I have to reinstall the module each time? Cheers
