Ok I reinstalled the Mod Organizer update from nexus. Seems to had fix my problem.

Thats the thing, nothing is in the Downloads tab showing anything being pause. Like I said, I had shut down my PC for the night, next day I got up, turned on my PC, fired up MO, then closed MO to test the bug, and the error greeted me. When nothing is paused or being downloaded in the download tab.

I just went from NMM to Mod Organizer for Skyrim. I was having some weird bug with MO, so I shut down my PC for a good while, turned it back on, and re-opened MO. Followed by closing it right away. Upon closing I am hit with this Error : "Downloads are in progress. Still wish to quit" Yes or no. Now I see no downloads anywhere. Everything I have is downloaded already, but yet I still get this error. Is there a fix? or somewheres I can check to see what is causing this weird error?
