Loading Data from Mods on Creation Kit?

How would you go about loading data from mods in Creation Kit? I'm more used to NMM, but MO seems a lot more organized, "cleaner" and user-friendly overall. While I do like that MO magically doesn't spam my Skyrim data folder with a bazillion mods and makes it easy to revert back to a clean install (I think), this makes me a bit confused as to how to use the creation kit. Thanks in advance.
