Thank you for your replies guys! Yes, I activated the mod during my process of trying to get the mod to work, multiple times actually. I tweeted a caster about it that I know who modded skyrim using XCE. He said it only does faces and not neck seams. Even though it clearly says in the Description of the mod "Fixes neck seams". He said it didn't work for him either. Maybe you guys could suggest some different mods for me? Mods that get rid of the ugly neck seams, for both genders, and makes the overall character look better, preferrably non-nude versions? I'm currently using CBBE nevernude for females but I can't find a good version for men that doesn't make them look like steroid abusers.

Hi, this is my first post here at the STEP forums and I'm asking kindly for your help, please continue. It is currently 2:00 A.M and I am pulling my hair out. My Specs are Windows 7 x64, Nvidia 660Ti 2gb vram, intel i7 2600k 3.4 ghz, I can run modded skyrim above 40 fps so far. I use Mod Organizer, I installed it to the skyrim root folder "C:GamesSteamSteamAppscommonskyrimmod organizer...". I've been following the step guide to the detail for each mod and everything has been working flawlessly until I got to XCE (Xenius Character Enhancement). I use the MO top left button "install a new mod from an archive". It says, "there is no game data on top level" and lists 3 things with check boxes next to them. Data, Optional, and .txt. The step guide says to not use the Optionals so I don't by uncheckboxing it. I then right click, Data, and click set data directy and I get a green light. It loads, I hit the sort button to run LOOT, no problems. I run SKSE, load into Alternate Starts mod and I scroll through the races and what do you know, all the neck seams are clearly visible. It doesn't even look like the textures loaded on the body or faces. Here's what I've done to fix the problem. I disabled all mods, excluding Alternate Start, and I ran skyrim. Still, it didn't work, ugly seams, poor body and face/slips/boxy whatever. I then ran WITHOUT the Alternate Start mod. Default long intro now. However, it skipped allowing me to create a character which I found odd. I mean it skipped the creation scene to the npc's next dialogue and I shortly after began the walk to my beheading as god knows what the game defaulted me as. In conclusion, I have no where else to go but here and ask you kind people for assistance. Is this mod just broken now, seeing as it has been 2 years since it updated? P.S. I tried googling for 2 hours straight to find fixes and used the forum search engine to no avail. Also can you guys suggest other character enhancement mods?
