  1. A few people on reddit said this. I went outside and searched around the town, killing everything, I even clipped through walls looking for mobs using console. Don't think a spawned mob was actually the issue.
  2. Nope, don't have Touring Carriages. I was able to resolve the issue by: 1. Removing the offending mods, Run for Your Lives and When Vampires Attack. 2. Deleting all orphaned scripts/scripts related to RFYL/WVA in my save. 3. Loading save, and then creating a new save. 4. Re-adding the mod, RFYL and WVA.
  3. I haven't changed the modlist since I've started playing, with the exception of recently removing those two mods I mentioned. I decided what I wanted before I started the playthrough to ensure stability. Thanks, but I've tried all of the above. Even recycleactor didn't work. I may try re-enabling the mods that created the problem today, and see if it just works.
  4. I removed Run For Your Lives and When Vampires Attack, then used https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? (save game cleaner) to remove the scripts from both mods. Whiterun is finally back to normal! So, the problem certainly lies with those two. Any ideas?
  5. What's the best way to get my load order out of BOSS? I'm up for posting it. It's STEP + REGS + Explorers Pack + A few mods of my own. I've tried using the save game cleaner to deleted orphaned scripts, as well as the 31-day reset and various console related commands. No dice.
  6. So, some of the Whiterun merchants are still open, but the alchemist and blacksmith are permanently locked. If I go in during the day, during normal business hours, the merchants are there, but they call the guards. Additionally, two NPCs near the entrance are stuck in the fear position from when vampires attacked. Here's one of them: https://i.imgur.com/nLdSoRh.jpg [1] I use Mod Organizer and SKSE.
