I think I managed to fix my problems, had to give up using some big graphic mods. Also had to start new character, I was adding/deleting mods midgame in previous one so I think that was origin of my problems. For not loading buildings in time I think it is related to my hard drive which is old. Now I am dealing with another problem - some times when I die and game loads last save game just quits to desktop, no "Skyrim.exe stopped working" or any message. Just quit like after using ALT+F4. Anyone had similiar problem? Any fix to that?

Borderless in ENBoost, I use alpha build of SKSE and 768/256 setting.

Ok so I did full STEP: Core build and added Requiem, REGS, some weather mods and now i run into some problems like: 1. Sometimes game window turn black and go back to desktop, I can still hear game, after a while it goes back to game (sometimes don't) 2. Sometimes when I horse ride suddenly hooves sound mutes, after a while it goes back but its not playing repeatedly like it should, 3. Sometimes when for example I come back to Whiterun from dungeon or so buildings take long time to load, I had to stay still and suddenly buildings appear, until that I think I only see buildings distant models. And yeah sometimes I get random CTD/ILS - still trying to figure out why. Also my VRAM is almost always operating on 100%, but I get almost stable 60FPS most of the time.
