I have completely removed the RealVisions ENB that I had installed and that did away with the black strips on the top and bottom but I am still experiencing the cutoffs on the menus. I have followed the recent S.T.E.P. 2.2.8 guide and for some reason once I completed everything and started the game the character creation is being cut off from the top and bottom. The second picture shows the SkyUI also getting the cutoffs. There seems to also be a widescreen cinematic look on the top and bottom... is there a way to get rid of that? What could be my problem?
