Hi, I optimized textures and installed them. But I'm wondering about correct install order. For now it's: std dawnguard hearthfires dragonborn hrdlc1 hrdlc2 hrdlc3 step items Also I disabled corresponding *.esp(hrdlc) and *.esm (dlc). Is it right?

I have the same problem. Were there any updates so far? I have the same structure and I did all requirements and suggestions. Also I noticed erros in cmd output, here it is https://pastebin.com/uGx01xBc -
Bouncing around in opening scene

I have the same issue - the character spawns outside the cart and carts can't get through gates. I will try your method and say if it helps.
