The optional "aMidianborn Book of Silence - Texture Variants and CCO Compatible Version" has been removed from the Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade page.  The page says it will be on the aMidianborn Book of Silence page, but it's nowhere right now.  :(

Love the guide, Neovalen! Here's a very minor thing I noticed: In the step for "Bring Out Your Dead", there's no special instructions to remove the BSL and TXT files. Just for consistency. :P
