First of all, hello. I recently bought a Skyrim Legendary edition on Steam and started installing S.T.E.P as first thing. My system spec: Graphic Card: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series (1gb VRAM GDDR5) Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU 760 2,80 GHz RAM: 4Gb System: Windows 7 64-bit I use Mod Organizer Here is my Load Order with ticked off (-) I used baseline. I didn't install few non-core mods. Later I disabled few of Core mods such as footsteps and ticked off installed mods that were dummies by ModOrganizer. Well, maybe I forgot or overlook few things, but I tried the best as I could. I installed additional mods: -Frostfall -Climates of Tamriel(With dlc and sounds) -Realistic Lighting Overhaul -Skyrim Redone -Cloaks of Skyrim(with CoS Dawnguard) -Realistic Need and Diseases -Skyrim Heart Beat(With language fix) -Amazing Follower Tweaks -The Dance of Death - ultimate edition -Duel Combat Realism - Hardcore (With DCR hardcore NaN fix) -HiAlgoBoost(With added thru enb proxy: Antifreeze patch(from enb website), Skyrim stutter fix and Skyrim Booster) -Enboost -URWL Skyrim v2B -Dynavision -IMAGINATOR I also run Skyrim Mods Complex Optimizer, only DDS. I applied multi-core ini tweaks. I changed uGridToLoad=3 and uExterior Cell Buffer=16 I changed iMinGrasize=50 I added [imagespace] bDoRadialBlur I changed fMeshLODFadeBoundDefault=256.0000 I changed iMaxDecalsPerFrame=350 I added fSkyCellRefFadeDistance=150000.0000 I got steady fps around 50-60 without any CTD oraz freezes. I don't ever stutter at places where I stuttered most.(when running by first gate of Whiterun and climbing at rocks and looking around[it was most stuttering when I looked at whiterun, mountains and planes. When it was "done" and I wanted to look at it again I could look without any problems. Unfortunetly when i wanted to look somewhere again I stuttered again. Sometimes when I was just running around I also got stuttering.) So my problems is with these textures in Whiterun. They just shimmer and overlap one another when you run and change camera angle. It's most visible with Third Person Perspective, but still it can get on nerves. I tried to search but I found nothing. Maybe only hint I could find on internet was about SkyrimHD, Serious HD retexture, Serious Realistic Overhaul. I don't know if it will help with anything.
