hey there happy to say my problem was solved i am thankful for your help . it turns out that the mod overwriting the cell is called Vantage - Immersive Exploration (Surveying) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/136546?tab=posts this mod was the reason for the crash i disabled it and ran dyndolod again and it worked

i ran it twice one with the grass mod and one without , both crashed in the same cell , and there were no other mods overwriting it Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/44899
