I only have the bare mods needed to start the game. And when I start the game the prisoner wagons won't move. The characters talk as normal but stay in place in the cart. I have re-installed my Vortex Mod Organizer and I have re-installed Skyrim SE 2 times and no change of results. Can someone help to please fix this? Thanks
