Turns out there were two Dynolod output folders, and the other contained an old output. The new one seems to be working fine. Problem solved.

Yes, the plugins are as they are in my load order, but somehow it still asks for mods that are not there. They are not in any logs nor in my mod list. I am regenerating with Dynolod obviously, but do you have any ideas what I could do?

As the title says. The Dynolod generation went smoothly without problems, but after activating Dynolod.esm and Dynolod.esp, they are missing masters from mods I don't have in my modlist. These mods in question are mods I have had in my loadorder, but they had been deleted way before generating Dynolod. Is there info of these mods that had been left somewhere for Dynolod to take them into account? There were none of the worldspaces listed from these deleted mods when generating the lods, so I'm at a loss.
