DynDOLOD does not react at all when starts running

Can I get an opinion about what am I doing wrong? I am trying to run DynDOLOD after I've ran TexGen and properly loaded zip file of the same in Mod Organizer 2 but it just freezes after 2 seconds. It always stops at (Tamriel generating LOD). I even left it to ran as I slept over night but nothing, it froze immediately. https://imgur.com/a/yFWz9sd
