Will DynDOLOD Help with Verdant Grass Plugin

I am currently trying to get increase the LOD of the Verdant Grass Plugin https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60220?tab=posts I have tried a few different things already, including TES5LODGEN. My main issue with Verdant is the grass loads right very close to me when I am in the world. Would DynDOLOD help me fix this, or would this have no effect? And if it would have no effect, is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I tried posting on Verdant page, but it looks to be inactive.
