The small yellow box in MO2 is breaking my game.

I'm new to modding Skyrim, and have watched all of the Gopher videos, and a lot of other guides on the vast internet. I've figured out how to download mods, and have managed to play my game with them working. But, some of the mods that I really want, Like Convenient Horses, and Realistic Light Overhaul have the yellow chest icon next to it, and when I have them enabled, the game REFUSES to open through MO2, and SKSE, Please help me if you can. It also does the same with the SKYUI interface, which I would like to have to optimize my mods.
