Feeling silly now. Looking back at the manual I should have opened the SSE ini file instead of TES5 file like GamerPoet did in his video. It seems to be running now, I'll report back if there's anymore problems that persist!

Thanks for your quick reply. It would seem I was definitely missing some steps. I had a look over the instructions manual and followed the text instructions for Open Cities installation on the manual, as well as the Gamerpoet video and I'm still getting the "Found Open Cities Skyrim.esp. Do not load when generating LOD... etc" message. I started from scratch by reinstalling all of the mods for DynDOLOD and billboards beforehand with no luck, and also turned off all of the OpenCities patches and plugins for the first step. Again it might be another obvious mistake I'm making but maybe there's something else here that I'm missing?

Hi, I have DynDOLOD installed and everything is working great except for a few hotspots in most of the major cities where the pixels appear to be stretched or distorted. I'm a little lost as to what to do in this situation. I know it is DynDOLOD because I don't have these problems when I deactivate it from the load order. I think it is a problem with my settings when I initiated the texgen, but I'm not 100% sure. I basically just chose the default settings with the highest resolution in texgen and dyndolod exe... Maybe some kind soul with expertise can help me with this issue? I'm pretty new to modding, so sorry if there is an obvious answer to this question.
