Skyrim CTD's when creating a new character

Everytime I try to create a new character it always CTD's with Alternate Start. Specs: GTX 960 2GB AMD FX 8350 Eight Core 4ghz 8GB RAM I use Mod Organizer and Nexus Mod Manager. So everytime I CTD it CTD's when I'm in the prison cell and you talk to the statue of mara to choose your "fate". She wasn't doing anything except running. There were no NPC's around while this happened. I was not fighting, spellcasting or fast travelling during this CTD. It's also not a Mesh or Texture issue either.
