Hello!
I made a thread previously about these folders I've had in "overwrite" which I already took care of, but now I have another folder that randomly appeared and I'm not quite sure where this one would go.
I looked at the original SKSE install zip and haven't found any folder similar to this.

I'm not sure if I drop it in the Skyrim -> Data directory or just the root Skyrim directory.
I read the link you posted and tried to comprehend it to the best of my abilities. What I ended up doing was move each folder to their respective locations. (I.E. Putting SkyProc Patchers into my Data folder and the Textures folder into my Automatic Variants folder) This was the correct move? I'm assuming these overwrite files were caused by running Automatic Variants patcher, Dual Sheath patcher and TES5Edit in Mod Organizer?
I've finished installing some mods and I noticed I had the error sign at the top of my Mod Organizer so I clicked it to get that message displayed.
I opened up my Overwrite folder in Mod Organizer and it showed these folders: https://puu.sh/51obV.png
They are folders for SkyProc Patchers for Dual Sheath Redux and Automatic Variants along with TES5Edit backups and my AV textures.
Could this be because I'm running BOSS, TES5Edit and the SkyProc Patcher patches from Mod Organizer to get the complete mod list?
I'm not really sure. I shouldn't have 2 of the same plugins. I ran the tutorial and it said to check any box that appears with that error under Archives so I just did that.
Thanks you both!
I have one more question that isn't necessarily directed towards the topic but still applies to Mod Organizer.
In the "Archives" tab, I'm getting a caution triangle that's telling me "The archive will still be loaded since there is a plugin of the same name but it will not follow the load order!".
If I tick the box, the warning goes away. Is that the correct action choice?
I'm using mods installed by both Mod Organizer and the Steam Workshop.
I understand that what this is saying is that the mod hasn't been packed correctly, but how do I go about fixing this?
I'm trying to install Apachii Sky Hair.
