Is there a way to move all the de-selected mods to the bottom of my list? I've tried sorting by load order, name, etc, but there are still some de-selected mods cluttering it up. It's not a big deal, I'm just trying to organize an overly-big mod list. :)

I'm trying to launch Wrye through mod organizer 2 (for fallout 4). It starts to load and then crashes, claiming it's already open in another program. It's not-- I've even restarted the computer. Pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. Mod organizer is definitely pointing at it, so that's not the problem, and Wrye runs on its own or through NMM, just not through MO.
