How to use STEP Compilation with CoT?

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. Still have no idea why this was even included in it, let alone the core version, since it will basically have issues with any weather mod, even vivid weathers, unless you change it yourself. -
I have a problem with the 2.10 version of STEP. Since you added vividian-extended weathers, I'm not sure how to run CoT. STEP requires vanilla extended weathers as a master, but I need the CoT patch, not vanilla. Can I just change the master to the CoT patch? Use both (probably not)? Or do I have to skip the compilation entirely?
