ok, so turning vsync on solved the issue, but I have a question to people using gtx 1070 on win 10 with enb and rather heavy mod load. Is it possible to have a stable build? -

Installing old libraries didn't helped. Maybe it is related to sound driver? -
hi, recently I bought new laptop (i7-6700HQ 2.60, 12 GB RAM, Gtx 1070), and I started to assembly new mod build, but I run into problem right at the begging. The performance outside is terrible, with stuttering and weird sound glitches. So there seems to be a problem with drivers. Can I install older libraries to improve it?
