So I've only just started the guide and I've run into a problem, more than likely through an error on my part that I'm not seeing. I tried a search in this sub forum and didn't get much, so here I am. The source of the problem seems to be under the "Create The Skyrim Revisited Profile" section, wherein I was directed to create the Skyrim Revisited Profile on Mod Manager and install SKSE as a test run for our first plugin installation. Well, I screwed something up. You can see the problem in the screenshot I posted below. It must be SKSE making all the strange characters pop up on the main menu. I re-did the section 3 times, following the directions line for line carefully, but still get the same problem. I assume it's something pretty small I messed up. I can't get the game to run in this way. If I run the SKSE app through the Mod Manager shortcut, this is what I get. When I run SKSE through the shortcut in the Skyrim data folder, the game runs normal but SKSE doesn't work as the scripts folder was never actually physically placed in the directory. It seems SKSE wants to run but doesn't have everything it needs. This is what I get when I reach the main menu. https://i.imgur.com/lZI7iiI.jpg If you need any additional info let me know. Hope someone can give me a pointer. One additional thing I noticed, the line Check "Handle NXM Links" and "Prefer external browser". under Configure Mod Organizer (Part 2) cannot be completed because those boxes do not exist. It must be because mod manager has been update to v0.99.2, while the guide calls for 0.99.1. I looked for a changelog but couldn't find one. Have they moved somewhere else or are they automatic?
