Merge Plugins non-contiguous mods

Hi. I'm trying to merge Relationship Dialogue Overhaul and the patches that it comes with as it's said in this Guide but after i create the merge and check for errors it says that i have non-contiguous mods and it won't even let me to ignore this issue. Any way to solve this issue ?
