Gruntmaster2000's post in Wrye Bash won't install as an executable in Mod Organizer was marked as the answer
Avira Antivirus was apparently interfering with it.
I reinstalled Avira and, while it was installing, tried to add Wrye Bash in MO and it worked. Thanks, guys!
