I really wish I can give helpful background info, but I have no idea what is relevant to this issue. Literally everything on the program except my mod profiles(which I still have to re edit a bit since the mod list didn't record everything) down to the program's theme resets. It even asks me if I want to see a tutorial since "it's my first time running mod organizer" when it's not.
