You might want to think about creating interim profiles that each build on each other, for instance: vanilla skyrim, core step, extended step (this profile may not be as helpful depending on how different it is from revisited), skyrim revisited. It wouldn't be very difficult and it makes installing and testing much easier and reliable, by breaking the process into easily managed chunks instead of all or nothing.
