Navigate into the subdirectory containing the body type of your choosing and right-click upperbody2.nif, upperbody3.nif OR upperbody4.nif (pick one; only the Base has all 4, others have 3) and choose [Copy] if in Explorer, or simply drag-and-drop it if in the Filetree tab of the Information window. - Version: 2.0
- Files needed: It is recommended by this guide that selections be done manually, as the FOMOD installer seems to have issues with being unable to install meshes via Mod Organizer. The FOMOD method may be tried, of course, but if it does not work correctly, it can still serve as a visual aid to show you which of the non-FOMOD packages to choose to suit your tastes. Choose a "skin", "raider skin", and "optional" package, along with the Updated Hands patch.
- FOMOD Instructions: Mod Organizer will launch a FOMOD installer. Click [Next]. A screen discussing Archive Invalidation should appear. Ignore any warnings (Archive Invalidation is set up in another part of this guide) and click the checkbox next to "I have installed Invalidation myself and it works perfectly fine." Click [Next] and choose desired options. For clarity later, rename the mod fnv-BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer in Mod Organizer.
- non-FOMOD Instructions: Start with selected "skins" package, and then install the others, selecting [Merge] when prompted. For clarity later, rename the mod fnv-BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer in Mod Organizer.

- Navigate into Fallout 3 Mod Organizer's /mods/ subdirectory.
- Create directory called TTW Body Replacers
- Launch fo3 Mod Organizer
- Right-click on the TTW Body Replacers mod (which is greyed-out at the moment due to being empty) and select [Open in explorer].
- Move this explorer window aside for now. It will be used often and will need to remain open during this leg of the process.
- Return to Mod Organizer. Right-click on the fo3-Type3 Armor Replacers mod and select [Open in explorer].
- Copy (don't move) the /textures and /meshes directories from fo3-Type3 Armor Replacers to TTW Body Replacers via the two Explorer windows.
- Close the fo3-Type3 Armor Replacers Explorer window and return to Mod Organizer, keeping the TTW Body Replacers Explorer window open.
- Uncheck fo3-Type3 Armor Replacers. It is now in the list simply to check for updates on occasion or in case the decision is made at a later date to change any of the selections in this merge.
- Right-click fo3-Point Lookout Outfits For Type 3 and repeat the above copy process, putting a checkmark in [Do this for all current items] and selecting [yes] when it speaks of folder replacing.
- Keep repeating the process until fo3-Pittraider Replacer is reached. This should be the first of the mods that actually overwrites files from previous mods. For these, the overwrite is wanted, so place a checkmark in [Do this for the next [x] conflicts] when prompted and click [Copy and Replace].
- Once the final mod has been copied (it should be Breezes or Roberts, assuming you chose to install either), close out of all Explorer windows and the fo3 Mod Organizer WITHOUT activating TTW Body Replacers.
- Open a new Explorer window and navigate into the FO3 Mod Organizer /mods/ subdirectory.
- Move (not copy) the TTW Body Replacers directory into the /mods/ subdirectory of your FNV Mod Organizer directory.
- Open FNV Mod Organizer. TTW Body Replacers should now be a mod listed at the bottom of the list.
- As done in the prior steps, right-click TTW Body Replacers, choose [Open in Explorer] and then do the same with fnv-BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer.
- Repeat the copy process in here for all mods, except (this time) remember to copy over any .esp files as well. (If you chose to use the Breeses body, there should only be DeadMoneyFemaleTuxedo.esp, but if you opted to go with Roberts body, there should also be Roberts_NewVegas.esp)
- Close out of both Explorer windows and FNV Mod Organizer WITHOUT activating TTW Body Replacers.
- Open a new Explorer window and navigate into the FNV Mod Organizer /mods/ subdirectory.
- Navigate into the TTW Body Replacers directory and use 7zip (or other favored archive program) to create an archive of the directory's contents.
- Via Explorer, move this new archive into the /downloads/ subdirectory of the TTW Mod Organizer (or into the second-hard drive directory created for TTW earlier, if following the SSD space-saver option) and launch TTW Mod Organizer.
- Click on the Downloads tab and install the mod as normal. Now you have a "finished copy" of the mod built using the above steps, which will save both time and headache in the event that a reinstall has to happen.
