Emittance value to use
- Most cities has their own weather region, Emittance value = WeatherMarkarth.
- Apply this to both Light Bulbs and FX effects, or use one of the FXWeathers if those suits the atmosphere better.

Notes
- One candlehorn stand downstairs next to the hearth should have a light; however, when adding one there are too many lights hitting the meshes. Not sure if this should be replaced with an "off" asset.

- I did not replace the lights from one candlehorn stand downstairs in the corner and one wall candlehorn downstairs next to the hearth. This space had too many lights in a vanilla state which was oveloading the meshes. These assets should be replaced with "off" assets, if the lighting is approved.
