Download and install SSE Terrain Tamriel plugin.

2. Name it (TEMP) SSE Terrain - Tamriel - xLODGen (this will only be used as a resource for xLODGen).

NOTE: This file is only used for generation of terrain LOD using xLODGen and should be disabled afterward.
