Applies normal mapping shadow effect for sunlight, complex particle lights, and complex fire lights. This effect uses the normal map of textures to more accurately produce shadowing across the surface where the texture is applied. Sometime these shadows may be referred to as "micro shadows" because it can produce very small, realistic shadowing (think of it like small rocks in textures producing shadows without baking in AO).
