Mod Organizer Integrated Fomod Installer Subguide

Some mods require the use of the integrated Fomod installer to install properly through Mod Organizer. This should only be done where specified in the main guide. 

Click the [Settings] button at the top of the main Mod Organizer window. The icon looks like a screwdriver and wrench.
In the "Settings" dialogue, click the [Plugins] tab.
Select "Fomod Installer" in the left pane.
In the right pane, double click "prefer" and select "true".
Click [OK] to close the dialogue.
Install the mod.
Click the [Settings] button at the top of the main Mod Organizer window. The icon looks like a screwdriver and wrench.
