Regarding this template and whether to keep it or not, I say this one is unnecessary and an incorrect way of going this. We have the CSS Extension for a reason so if users need to override the site's CSS for a guide or any other reason, then they can do so by utilizing it. However, ideally the site/skin CSS should always win for consistency. Using this template is just unnecessarily adding to the template calls for the page. TechAngel85 (talk)
