Recommendations

Install the Main File. Consider modifying the configuration file, po3_SplashesOfStorms.toml, as desired to modify the splash effects (if the defaults are not ideal ... this is subjective).

NOTE: If the configuration file is modified, it will be overwritten when the mod is updated, so consider duplicating the file in a new mod like (CONFIG) Splashes of Storms at one-higher priority to preserve changes on update.
