Stuck on creating new game

[humdedum]

I'm unable to get past the loading screen when I click "new game". It just sits there loading, not going anywhere.

 

Papyrus log is practically empty with only 4 lines in it so I can't get anything out of that.

 

I've added the load order and I don't know what else to add. My PC is more than up to date enough to run things and I followed the SRLE guide step by step.

EDIT: Issue sorted. Wrong file path set in Mod Organizer for SKSE.
