Is Nexus Messed Up Again As Usual?

The other 40% of the time, it just times out. I can literally post a comment, but if I refresh, it's broken again. Every other site works great. Are they having trouble yet again, and/or is anyone else getting this? Not that it is too troubling, but I just hope the recent update I finished won't have any trouble staying on the server.

It's been playing for the last few days... Browsing and downloading was OK, but anything up - comments, file uploads etc. seems to be broken, on and off, at the moment...
