After updating I tried to add an executable. Created a name, selected a binary, and clicked the ADD button. The pop-up window closed yet my executable wasn't listed. Tried 3 times. Then thought "Maybe I have too many executables. I'll delete one". So I deleted Wrye Bash. Now I can't get Wrye Bash to load as an executable; and I have to create a Bash Patch.

Any ideas?
