Reinstalling 7...

Okay. Wanna do a fresh install of se7en and want to know how this will effect my mods.

 

1) I DO have steam installed on a separate drive from the OS

 

2) BOSS, Wrye, MO and Nexus Dl Mger are ALL installed on my C: Drive.

BOSS and NMM should be fine after you reinstall them. I'm not sure about MO at all, but with Wrye, make sure you have the whole 'Skyrim Mods' folder backed up on the seperate drive otherwise Wrye will have to rescan all the archives and treat them like new (so you'd have to reinstall each mod archive so it can see which file belongs to each mod). That would only affect the Installer tab though, everything else will be fine.
