A few questions:

When in the install am I supposed to run DDSopt or Optimizer Textures?

What are the advantages of each program, DDSOpt and OT?  Are they both supposed to be run, or just one?

Ive gotten as far a installing most of the texture mods, and then I ran Optimiser Textures.  It fixed and compressed a LOT (apparently) of textures.  I tried to run DDSOpt, and even after reading the guide, I still coudlnt figure out how to use it properly.  (optimiser was just pointing it to the Skyrim Folder and hitting Start)  Will I see an improvement in visuals or perfomance With/Without DDS?  What does it do, exactly?
