A Foreword

Information: This is the "Framework" I'll use to expand on. It gives you your legendary slot+Actuator slots (I did not include LM2 because of this) and you have a choice of many Paint jobs etc I'm hoping this gives you a "Tinkering" feeling with your Power Armor without making it to OP.

The NEW armor is also added to the Raider/Gunner spawn list. Beware!!! They are not friendly.
