Starter instruction for a TTW...thing. This is not a guide to play the game 100%. Go look at Clear & Present Danger or Fear & Loathing if you want to play games NOW and have an awesome, stable time at it. Unless noted otherwise, this assumes you've followed the instructions in those mods. This is for promoting discussion on combining the Fallout 3 and Fallout NV mods, removing errors, forwarding fixes, and creating compatibility patches for a stable, optimized game. This will not deal with texture optimization, Kelmych would be much better for advice on that.
